Cistern:

Made of HDPE by blow moulding with very high strength.

With EPS insulation shell bonded to the exterior of cistern to prevent the formation of water condensation.

84mm thicknesss including EPS shell,saves maximum spaces.

Capacity suitable for 3/4.5 litres,3/6 litres, and 4/7 litres.

Inlet Valve:                                                                                                                                            The inlet valve is designed with very low noise,very accurate  control of water level,high resistance to high pressure and sensitive response under very low pressure,with normal working pressures from 20kpi and 1000kpi.

Tested under the salted water.5 years guranttee.

Outlet valve:

The outlet valve is specially designed that the flush volume can be adjusted precisely and easily according to customer's different requirments,and can be replaced very easily.

Can be adjusted to 3/4.5 litres,3/6 litres, and 4/7 liters.

Silicone seal washer allows excellent sealing tightness,anticorrosion and long life span.

Quick Details

The Wall plugs supplied are ONLY suitable for solid stone/brick walls. They are not suitable for use in aerated blocks or similar. If fixing to a stud wall, sufficient extra internal reinforcements must be made to the wall. Screws must locate into suitably reinforced studs and noggins.
Take care using power tools – The use of a residual current device (RCD) is recommended. Beware of hidden cables or  pipes when drilling. This product can be dangerous if installed incorrectly. This product must be installed by a qualified plumber or installer. It is the installer’s responsibility to check that the fixings are suitable for the installation in hand.Cistern fittings are suitable for Water pressure: 0.2 - 10 bar. 

Do not add caustic chemical substances (e.g. containing chlorine compounds or similar) into the cistern. These can damage the valve components and cause failure.
Before starting to enclose the cistern, the system must be first tested for leaks before 2nd fix commences. Temporarily fix the back to wall pan in place and make connections. Turn the water supply on and flush the pan to check for leaks. 
This is particularly important to do prior to tiling for fully tiled installations
This cistern is not suitable for use with wall-hung pans without the use of a suitable supporting frame.

Q1:What is your product MOQ?

A: The MOQ of our smart toilet is 50 pcs,our MOQ for urea toilet seats is 500 sets per item, for PP toilet seat is 1000 sets per item, for cisterns is 100~ 300 sets per item.
Q2: How much is the shipment?
A: For sample checking, we usually use DHL for the sample shipment, the port is Xiamen. For mass order, we recommend that you take the sea shipment, the cost will be clear.
Q3: Can we have our logo on your products?
A: Yes, we welcome OEM/ODM projects. We can not only work as your OEM factory, but also work with you together on developing new projects or products.
Q4: Do you test your products per production?
A: Of course, we have our own professional lab in the factory for the tests of toilet seat, concealed cistern. e.g. for the toilet seats, we have slam test, rocker test, static loading endurance test, dymatic pressure endurance test, force life test for soft close damper, comprehensive lifecycle test, etc.

Q6: What the lead time for your production?

A: Normally, for smart toilet, the lead time will be 30~45 days, for toilet seat, the lead time will be around 35-40 days for the first order, and 30-35 days for the following orders; For flushing cisterns, the lead time will be around 45-60 days.

Sampling Time about 7 working days, depending on actual raw material and accessories situation.

Q1： No Water‌
A：Check if corner valve is fully opened (rotate counterclockwise), ensure water supply is active
Q2： Wrong Water Level‌
A：Adjust float arm height: push down to lower water level, lift up to increase
Q3： Constant Leaking‌
A：Clean ceramic cartridge and silicone ring in inlet valve, remove impurities from water seal
Q4:：Slow Filling‌
A：Clear clogged filter screen, verify water pressure ≥0.1MPa in main pipeline
Q5； No Flush‌
A：Straighten kinked flush hose, reset float to maintain 20mm water level mark
