Last Tuesday, Oceanwell invited company’s experienced financial manager to give a lecture about cash flow.

This lecture aims to improve employee’s sense of cash especially for the manage team. Staff from sales,

purchasing, warehouse, logistics, financial, producing, quality etc. attended the lecture.

The whole lecture is organized through theory, case analysis and implementation. Through the lecture,

staff got deeper understanding about the importance of the cash flow especially for a company. Get to

know “ the cost of Money”. Money is with cost, the best way to make use of the money is to make the

cash flow and shorten the cycling time.Cash flow is the life of a company, to keep a healthy cash flow,

one should try the best to coordinate the relationship between the income and expenditures, balance

payment term and stocks. This lecture will help employees understand better about cash and get better

control on the stock and payment negotiation.
