Trouble Shooting:

Problem	Potential cause	Suggested action
Appliance cannot work	1.The power supply may not be turned on	Please turn on the power
	2.Adapter and controller are not well connected	Please connect the adapter and the controller
	3.Electric push rod and the controller are not wellconnected	Please insert the power plug of the electric push rod into the controller
	4.Lifting button and the controller are not well connected	Please insert the power plug of the lifting button into the controller
When operate, only one side is lifted and obvious deformation is found on the frame	1.One of the electronical push rods is not well connected to the controller	Please assure both of electronical push rods are well connected to the controller
	2.Broken power wire of the electronical push rod	Please assure both power wires of electronical push rod are in good condition
When seated and lifted, there is obvious flipping forward of the seat	1. The bottom plate of the toilet booster and the floor are not duly fixed by tack-free glue	Please assure to glue the tack-free glue on the bottom plate firstly before fix on the floor
	2.Tack-free glue is not completely solidfied	Please keep 24 hours to make the tack-free glue completely solidfying
	3.The nut on adjustable feet and bottom plate are not tightly screwed	Please assure the nut is tightly screwed
	4.No tack-free glue or expantion nut are applied to fix the ceramic and floor	Please assure to fix well of the ceramic and the floor by using the tack-free glue or expansion nut
