Q1:What is your product MOQ?

A: The MOQ of our smart toilet is 50 pcs,our MOQ for urea toilet seats is 500 sets per item, for PP toilet seat is 1000 sets per item, for cisterns is 100~ 300 sets per item.
Q2: How much is the shipment?
A: For sample checking, we usually use DHL for the sample shipment, the port is Xiamen. For mass order, we recommend that you take the sea shipment, the cost will be clear.
Q3: Can we have our logo on your products?
A: Yes, we welcome OEM/ODM projects. We can not only work as your OEM factory, but also work with you together on developing new projects or products.
Q4: Do you test your products per production?
A: Of course, we have our own professional lab in the factory for the tests of toilet seat, concealed cistern. e.g. for the toilet seats, we have slam test, rocker test, static loading endurance test, dymatic pressure endurance test, force life test for soft close damper, comprehensive lifecycle test, etc.

Q6: What the lead time for your production?

A: Normally, for smart toilet, the lead time will be 30~45 days, for toilet seat, the lead time will be around 35-40 days for the first order, and 30-35 days for the following orders; For flushing cisterns, the lead time will be around 45-60 days.

Q1： No Water‌
A：Check if corner valve is fully opened (rotate counterclockwise), ensure water supply is active
Q2： Wrong Water Level‌
A：Adjust float arm height: push down to lower water level, lift up to increase
Q3： Constant Leaking‌
A：Clean ceramic cartridge and silicone ring in inlet valve, remove impurities from water seal
Q4:：Slow Filling‌
A：Clear clogged filter screen, verify water pressure ≥0.1MPa in main pipeline
Q5； No Flush‌
A：Straighten kinked flush hose, reset float to maintain 20mm water level mark
