Last Tuesday, Oceanwell invited company’s experienced financial manager to give a lecture about cash flow. This lecture aims to improve employee’s sense of cash especially for the manage team. Staff from sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, financial, producing, quality etc. attended the lecture. The whole lecture is organized through theory, case analysis and implementation. Through the lecture, staff got deeper understanding about the importance of the cash flow especially for a company. Get to know “ the cost of Money”. Money is with cost, the best way to make use of the money is to make the cash flow and shorten the cycling time.Cash flow is the life of a company, to keep a healthy cash flow, one should try the best to coordinate the relationship between the income and expenditures, balance payment term and stocks. This lecture will help employees understand better about cash and get better control on the stock and payment negotiation. Besides daily work, every month, Oceanwell holds regular training and lectures to enhance staffs’ expertise and expand their comprehensive ability. Oceanwell encourages every staff to study and create every possible opportunities to enrich their daily life and gain ability.

Beginning from August 1st, 2021, Oceanwell is taking 5 days’ work system. From 6 days’ work system to 5.5 days, to “5 and 6 as a turn”, finally, comes the 5 days. It is a milestone in the history of Oceanwell because it is a result of technology and automation. 2021 is a tough year when Corona swept the world globally. The whole word seemed to be braked suddenly. To cope with this, various measures are taking over the world. Stores, showroom etc. are forced to close. Deliveries are held on. Workers are reluctant to work outside. Hiring workers becomes much more difficult than any period. Seeing this, Oceanwell made a big decision to withdraw the attention from market to itself. To the opposite of most of companies, Oceanwell invested a lot in automation, new product development, upgrade on management system, customer manage system etc. All these significantly increase the work efficiency and make Oceanwell possible to deliver toilet seat cover, cisterns, intelligent toilet, shower seats with big quantities in very limited time. 1.
